Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli both pleaded not guilty to fraud and money laundering conspiracy charges in court papers filed today and they requested to waive their right to appear when their attorneys enter please for the new money laundering charges that were brought against them April 9.

Loughlin, 54, and Gianulli, 55, both face up to 20 years in prison for paying off a college "advisor" to fudge their daughters' test scores and put them on the recruit list for the USC crew team.
