An L.A. Judge ruled on Thursday Britney Spears' restraining order has been extended five years and ex-manager Sam Lutfi must stay at least 200 yards away from Britney and her family and refrain from contacting the singer or her family or making disparaging statements about them online.

The judge rejected Lutfi's attorney's argument that a restraining order would infringe on his free speech rights. The judge sided with Britney's dad Jamie who said Lutfi was a “predator” on his family for more than a decade whose harassment has recently resumed: "I worried that he was trying to take down the conservatorship. I was very angry. I was worried that we were right back in 2008."

Lutfi's lawyer shot down Spears' attorney's claims that Lutfi's Tweets like "Raise hell" and the creation of the hashtag #FreeBritney could be considered as harassment, as they were too vague. Lutfi admitted to contacting Britney's mom Lynne, sister Jamie Lynn and brother-in-law James Watson over the years. He also claimed Britney had reached out to him to seek help in ending her father's conservatorship.

An attorney for Spears' conservatorship said, "[Lutfi] has been asked repeatedly to stay away from this family. He can’t help himself."

Speaking of not being able to help oneself ... Britney can't help herself from posting senseless videos and yesterday was no exception. #ClosetTour ...
