Houston attorney Ed Chernoff, who is representing Dr. Conrad Murray, told the paper “He intends to cooperate. He has nothing to hide. He is going to help them in any way he can with their investigation."

“We’ve been told more than once that this is an investigation into the death, that it’s not a murder investigation and that Dr. Murray is not a suspect in any way. This is just an information-gathering meeting and nothing more,” Chernoff added.
